MEF Logo Recreation

Not my design, I would never make a logo with this much tiny finicky detail. However we needed to use this logo for a partnership program, and all they had on file for their own logo was an unusable low-resolution JPEG, so I had to recreate the logo from scratch. After I did so I sent them all the necessary files and told them to keep them for future use, hopefully I saved someone similar trouble down the line.
